DOF Subsea Asia Pacific was established in Singapore and Australia in 2005, as  part of DOF Subsea's strategy to establish a major presence in the region, with the ability to offer clients an alternative to the traditional regional market players. Steve Brown is the Managing Director of DOF Subsea Asia Pacific.

 

Combined with the considerable resources of the DOF Subsea Group, DOF Subsea Asia Pacific provides a high level of capability in a range of subsea services including:

Its extensive equipment inventory is one of the region’s most advanced and includes the SV Geosea and the C300 Saturation Diving System, one of the most advanced mobile saturation diving systems in the world. 

 

As such, the company is able to offer truly integrated subsea services, which can be tailored to suit a customer’s individual needs and requirements.

 

The company's impact in the region has been immediate. It has successfully completed key contracts for clients in countries as diverse as Australia, Indonesia and Russia, in addition to the long-term IRM contracts held in the Philippines, Brunei and Australia.

 

In support of its increasing level of operations, DOF Subsea Asia Pacific has expanded rapidly in the last year, growing from 5 employees in 2005  to 94 in 2007, with a strong focus on engineering.
