DOF Management is responsible for vessel management and crew management for the
DOF Subsea ASA and DOF ASA fleet. The company operates vessels worldwide and operates
in all major oil and gas regions. The main office is based in Austevoll, 1 hour
south of Bergen, with branch offices in Bergen, Aberdeen, Buenos Aires and Egypt.
DOF Management also has an associated company in Brazil, managing the vessels
operating there.
The DOF Group is a world leading provider of essential surface and
subsea services
to the international offshore industry. The company’s fleet operates within three
segments in relation to strategic types of activities and vessel types:
- PSV (Platform Supply Vessel)
- AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel)
- CSV/MPSV (Construction Support Vessel/Multi Purpose Support Vessel
The total fleet consists of 65 vessels, including 23 newbuilds. Each vessel is
innovative and specialised for its purpose.
DOF Subsea vessels have access to 25 ROV systems, a Hugin 3000 AUV system, recognised
as the premium system for deepwater, high resolution
seabed mapping and 11 diving
spreads. The depth ratings for the ROV systems are up to 4,000 metres. The personnel
needed to operate these systems are an integral part of the DOF Subsea Group.
DOF Management currently employs 2,200 people including freelance personnel and is
managed by Anders Arve Waage.
